Yester i went to sentosa with my conservation IG friends. We had planned to play volley ball, then captain ball and then frisbee. However, when i was there we only manage to play volley ball but then as we all do not know how to ply, we just anohow play but we still manage to start the ball and throw it over to the other side of the net...hahahaha..but i went off early yesterday...i came home, rest a while then i went to work at 5.
it was quite fun at work.there was a new barista. evrything was quite well and i was doing gourmet closing quite well and almost done till Alvin came in. No one noticed him entering and no one greeted him till he greet me and elaine. Worst still...i wasnt wearing apron and i was standing at the door of the pantry. he came in greeted me and i was in a total shock. i freeze for a minuite before greeting him.hahaha...then i went outside to the bar to do the normal stuff as i have finish my gourmet. then while i was doing service, he saw me, and he stood up from his table while he was tokinh to his friend, drag me to a side and ask me not to do service anynore. At that point, i was totally shock. i ask him why can't i do service. he said:as a senior staff, i should tell him what to do and let him learn so that he can improve. when he told me this, i have nth to say anymore n i just gave him the tray to do service. then before he was leaving, he came to ask me the question on whether i want to be PSM again. This time round, it wasn't in a normal tone. he said Fannie our training manager went to look for him yesterday to ask about me and to ask to promote me to be a PSM.btu then there is a issue there that i have not pass the FTQ. the Alvin said that he told her that his piriority for me now is on my education and studies. he wants me to do well in my studies rather than the company's stuff. Having said that, he ask me to think it through carefully and to give him the answer. I really do not know the answer. i know that if i am a manager, it could be written in my resume for my work next time. But can someone tell me whether i should accept. |
